Exercises To Thin Your Thighs

Last updated 1 year ago

Feel more confident in skirts and shorts with help of some exercises that specifically target the stubborn fat on your thighs.  By eating well and following a regular exercise routine, you could reduce the size of your thighs. For extra help in achieving the figure you’re hoping for, cosmetic procedures such as liposuction treatments can be ideal.

The thigh raise

For this exercise, you need to lie on your front and raise your legs a few inches off the floor. Then, you bend your knees to lift your feet another five of so inches into the air and hold that position for five seconds. Do this on a regular basis, gradually building up your repetitions as you build your fitness.

Pony kick

Now, position yourself on your hands and knees and, keeping your back straight, raise one leg to about 45 degrees. Keep your knee bent and your heels pointed towards the ceiling. Hold the position for about five seconds and repeat then switch to the other leg.

The chair

Stand with your back against a sturdy wall and slowly lower your bottom until you are in a sitting position. Hold the position for between thirty seconds and two minutes to help strengthen the muscles in your thighs.
